ORDER PROCESSING
All Orders are processed daily from Monday to Saturday. Orders are dispatched within 2 hours of receiving them. For orders within the UAE:
- Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered the next day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered within 2 days.
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to high sales volumes. We kindly request your patience and understanding in such instances, as dispatch and delivery may require additional time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If your order is returned to us as undelivered for any reason, you will be required to pay the full postage cost to have the order resent to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE UAE POLICY

- Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 4 to 7 business days.
- Same-Day Shipping: All orders are processed and shipped on the same day of purchase.

- Returns: Due to international shipping, we do not accept returns. However, if there are any damage with your order, we are more than happy to send you a replacement free of charge.
